Green Sewa Society Talwan constituted Sanghera
president.
  Funds of rupees 8 lacs collected, Decision taken to make the town lush Green  
Work of cleaning the roads started.

The youths of town Talwan having motivated by Great Environmentlish Padam Shri Sant Balbir Singh Seehewal  in order to make the town lush Green, constituted Green Sewa Sociaty Talwan. Gurpreet Singh Sanghera was made the President of the Society, donated rupees 5 lacs in order to run the works of Society smoothly. The other members also donated open heartedly and collected more than rupees 8 lacs. This society will be completely non political. The youths  have started  the work of cleaning the garbage from road sides with the help of tractors and J.C.B.
            The youths, a day before had met Sant Balbir Singh Seehewal at village Seehewal. The youths pledged to make their town lush Green and to plant 550 plants in their village upto 2019. The youths told that first they will make their town lush Green and then take the other areas also.To guide them and to do the works in a proper way,Sewadar Gurwinder Singh Boparai and Jagjit Singh Sohal specially went to Talwan.
               There after meeting, Sewadar Gurwinder Singh Boparai went to those places, where work could be started.He told them to first remove the garbage from roadsides in order to give a good took to the face of the town.He told them that a machine from Sant Seehewal ji will be supplied to them for cleaning the garbage. He advised the youths that they should finish the work taken in hand completely before taking some other work. The youths told that they would work unitedly to make the town lush green.
                      
  On this occasion members of Society Veeru Sanghera, Baaz Atwal, Manjinder Singh ,Talwan,Zahir Singh,Mani Singh,Sukhi Johal,Jassa Atwal, Kala Surpanch,Goga Talwan,Gurbinder Singh and Gurpreet Singh were also present. Members  of Gram panchayat and all members of Gurdwara Prabandak committee  promised to give full cooperation to the society.
