During congregation on the ‘concept of sanctity' in the ancient granth organized by the literary academy of new Delhi, environment lover Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal said that message of being connected to nature has been given in all our religious Granth. The Dst Salok of Sri Guru Granth Sahib is nature on the environment that is Pawan Guru Pani Pita Mata Dharat Mahat Sikh Dharan which is also called modern religion given the message. He said that the solution to the global warming has been given in Guru Granth Sahib. Bani the Word of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is the path to every problem of the world including the environment.Sant Seechewal said that we read the Bani the word but we do not practice it. Due to this cause the 
water of river Sutlej has became dirty, historic rivers Yumuna Ganga and Godavari have become dirty. In ancient scriptures these holy rivers are also mentioned. Guru Nanak Dev Ji five centuries ago had given the solution to Global warming, but it is matter of regret that the Bani-reading and listeners had not given an ear to it. Process did not do it. Unto forth coming 550th Birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji in 2019, by acting on his teaching, we can make our surrounding lush green.
Apart from others, Sahitya Academi Secretary K. Srinivasrao, Kapil Kapoor, Farida Khanam, Veer Sagar Jain, Vijay Kumar, Niranjan Dev Bhardwaj and Balbir Singh Madhopuri were also present along with other literary personalities.
