Charity works by the sewadars at Philippine have added to the honor of the Sikhism

Sultanpur Lodhi, 15th June

Martyrdom Day of the Sartaj Of Matyrs Shree Guru Arjan Dev Ji was Celebrated with great fervor at Nirmal Sikh Temple Panki-Manila. Environment Lover Padma Shree Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal Ji has been visiting Nirmal Kutiya made at Panqie (Manila) for the last two decades continuously and the welfare works being done there has strengthened the brotherhood between Punjabi NRI's and the local residents of Philippine.

Dedicated to the Martyrdom Day Chhabil of cold water for the local residents was organized by the sewadars. The Sikh Sangats residing at Manila served every type of cold drinks like juice, cold drinks and bottled water on large scale to the Passersby.

In this sewa, whereas the Punjabi residents of the nearby cities of Manilla, reached especially to participate in karsewa of the Guru Ghar there also Manilla Police Commander Major Mac Arther De Avilla along with his other police officers contributed in the sewa of Chabil. They also distributed juice bottles with their own hands to the Passersby.

Sewadar Mandeep Singh of Nirmal Sikh Temple Panqie informed that with the Inspiration of Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal Ji the Martyrdom Day of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, Avtar Purb of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Gobind Singh is Celebrated every year at Manila with great fervor. Blood Donation Camp and Medical Camps are organized by the Punjabi's residents at Manila every year. During floods and Corona Pandemic ration (Provisions) were also distributed to the needy families. Due to such welfare works the faith towards Sikhism is increasing among the Manila residents.

Due to sewa works and increase in brotherhood with the local people there is big decline in the day to day murders of the Punjabi's that was happening in the past. The religious place established by Sant Seechewal Ji at Manila is whereas providing every type of help to the needy people there also it's teaching Punjabi and Gurbani to the Philippine girls who are married to the Punjabi's. This way their children will remain connected to the Sikh Religion for ever. The children born there will have great love for Punjab, Punjabi and Punjabiat. Their emotions towards history, heritage and sacrifices of Sikh Religion will be stronger.

 During the karsewa of the Chhabil at Manila Sodhi Dhandowal, Mandeep Singh, Sandeep Singh Sheepa, Jagtar Singh, Babu Seechewal, Guru Ghar Granthi Singh Singh Bhai Malkit Singh, Bhai Bhoora Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Mukhtiar Singh, Harpreet Singh, Manjit Singh, Nirlep Singh, Gurjant Singh, Bhinda and Sandeep Singh and sangats in big numbers were present.
