On the occasion of the beginning of the 21st anniversary of the karsewa of the Holy Kali Bein development officer Kulwant Singh of the Bagbani Vibhag delivered 550 fruit seed balls to Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal Ji at Nirmal Kutiya Sultanpur Lodhi.

With the beginning of Shree Akhand Path Sahib, whereas the samagam of 21st anniversary of the karsewa of the Holy Kali Bein has started there also celebrating International Fruit and Vegetables Year the beginning to make the untouched places of Punjab lush green has been done in Babe Di nagari during the month of Sawan.

Bagbani Development Officer Kulwant Singh giving this information said that this year is being celebrated as International Fruit and Vegetable Year. In this connection with the efforts of Director Bagbani Vibhag Punjab Smt. Shalinder Kaur,2.5 lacks of fruit seeds balls of different varieties have been prepared at district level in the Punjab. With the efforts of Deputy director Bagbani Kapurthala 9000 fruit seed balls have been prepared in the Kapurthala district only. Out of which 2000 fruit seed balls have been provided for Sultanpur Lodhi Block.

He said that the struggle done by Sant Seechewal Ji to  make his karma bhumi Babe Di nagari pollution free, has become a unique example for the world. It's our good luck to start the compaign of planting the fruit seed balls in the area of Sultanpur Lodhi by such Environment Expert Karam Yogi Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal Ji. He said that 550 fruit seed balls will be planted with the cooperation of Sant Seechewal Ji to make the untouched places of International Wetland Harike Pattan lush green. On this occasion Bagbani Fieldman Jasbir Singh,Gurwinder Singh Boparai, Surjit Singh Shantti and others were also present.
