Result of Nawan Nankana Charitable School Sultanpur Lodhi declared....

Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal today declared the result of Nawan Nankana Charitable School Sultanpur Lodhi.

The school is being run under Ek Onkar Charitable Trust Seechewal. All the students were declared successful in their exams. Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal congratulated the students on their success and also the teachers for their hard work. He asked the girl students to learn sewing and stitching and boys to take technical training in the Sant Avtar Singh Yadgari technical

workshop at the Nirmal Kuteya Sultanpur Lodhi so that they could be able to earn their living.                                                  

     Having  been established by Sant Seechewal on Dec15. 2005 and  inaugurated by Dr.A.P. J . Abdul Kalam Nawan Nankana charitable School Sultanpur Lodhi on July 2008  is an educational institution with a difference.  The students from slum, whose parents had come to Punjab from backward states for bread and  butter. They were not in a position to supply books, clothes and sufficient food to their children. Thus the desire to educate their children lied suppressed in their minds. Sant Seechewal motivated them to send their children to the school. Now the strength of students in the school is about 200. The efforts of Sant Seechewal and that of the teachers had brought fruit. It is a matter of pride that many students after taking education in this school are doing graduation and even doing   B.Tech degrees. The children who used to search garbage to earn their bread and butter are now sitting on computers and are seen with respect in the society and are also becoming capable of earning their livelihood in respectable manner.

All the credit goes to Sant Seechewal ji for the upliftment of the weaker section of the society. On this occasion, Principal Bhajan Singh Bhaur Teachers , Bhushan Paswan, Mr. Sandu, Mr. Gulati, Miss. Parwinder Kaur, Mrs. Baljit Kaur, Mrs. Parmjit Kaur, Miss. Baljit Kaur and Mrs. Kuldip Kaur were also present.
